Shipments and returns

Shipping :

The products are shipped within 10-14 working days from the date the order is placed. The products are made to order. In case you need an order urgently please write to us, we’d be happy to help you. 

Once the order is shipped it might take 2-7 days to reach your destination. The couriers reach faster to cities with better connectivity. 

International shipping is available at a fee and the cost may vary depending on the order location.We are not liable for any taxes/duties charged by your home country. . 

Our products are shipped through registered courier companies,BlueDart/Fedex. Orders are shipped within Covid-19 may affect delivery timelines. 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping is free for domestic orders above the value of 1000 Rs.

Returns and Refunds :

If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 2 days of the order reaching you. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds will be made within 7 working days of receipt of the product.

We don’t offer a reverse pick up facility at the moment, the customer is required to send the order back to us. We’d be happy to assist you with courier companies for the same. 

Please store the jewelry in the given packaging. Keep away from moisture and perfumes.
